Conveniently located at the 405 Freeway and Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach – DJM acquired the property in 2005 and completed a property redevelopment plan to effectively reposition the former Huntington Beach Mall, an antiquated indoor mall, into an attractive lifestyle center renamed Bella Terra.

  • Oversaw a $50M initial “de-malling” reposition in 2006.

  • Acquired additional 13.5 acres to develop 467 multifamily units, 30,000 sf. of new retail, a 150,000 sf Costco and accompanying Costco Gas station.

  • Increased NOI 53% from $13.6m in 2006 to $22.5M in 2022
