Ryan Dan, Vice President of Leasing at DJM Capital, leads leasing strategy, tenant curation, and value creation initiatives. He focuses on executing thoughtful merchandising plans that strengthen tenant mix and drive long-term asset performance.

Ryan began his career with First Washington Realty, Donahue Schriber, Opus West, and CBRE before founding Anchor Point Realty Partners, an in-house leasing platform for retail owners. His experience spans both ownership and brokerage, giving him a practical, deal-oriented approach to executing leasing and repositioning strategies across a wide range of retail assets.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
