Since 2004 Oleg has overseen the accounting department responsible for what is now over 2.5 million rentable square feet and valued at over 1 billion dollars. The portfolio Oleg oversees consists of retail and office space centers. He has been part of the team responsible for development of several flagship Orange County properties including Bella Terra, Pacific City and Lido Marina Village. Oleg assists the CFO with various aspects of loan negotiations, prepares and administers funding demand of development projects, handles monthly financial reporting and calculation and disbursement of distributions to institutional partners. Oleg supervises treasury, lender liaison and cash management functions as well as handles the portfolio real property taxes. As controller Oleg Interfaces with investment partners, financial institutions and internal departments to update and discuss issues impacting the portfolio
He has a B.S. in Business Administration from College of the Ozarks and an MBA from University of Missouri – Columbia.
