Over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, with 25 of those serving as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DJM. Known for his entrepreneurial instincts, impeccable market foresight, and creative financing approach, John oversees the company’s growing portfolio as well as its investors. Since its launch, John has helped grow DJM assets under management to $2.4bn, generating significant returns for all stakeholders involved. John has a passion for wine and the great outdoors. He has hiked some of the most iconic trails in the world and can tell you the difference between a Barbera and Brunello grape.

President
Principal of DJM, directing property acquisitions and overseeing all development and construction activities, from property entitlements and land planning to positioning ground-up developments. Lindsay has over three decades of experience, with a fine-tuned antenna for consumers’ ever-changing tastes and behaviors, bringing a unique perspective to all phases of development in the highly competitive real estate environment. He loves a good time and enjoys nothing more than a great dinner party.
