Tenant Coordinator - Legacy West


  • Tenant Improvements for development projectsWork with SVP of Construction and Development, Director of Tenant Coordination and General Manager on Tenant Coordination, Landlord Construction obligations, Design & Planning

  • Enforce Tenant Coordination processes and procedures and standards for management, quality, and efficiency in tenant’s design, construction and life safety

  • Review and help leasing agents to negotiate tenant’s lease construction exhibits

  • Work with Leasing to provide support and development relationships necessary to handle all of the tenant’s needs as it relates to planning, budget, design, and construction.

  • Establish the conceptual budget for tenants where landlord work is involved

  • Monitor, maintain, and enforce approved tenant criteria

  • Coordinate with SVP of Construction & Development on any changes to the base building design.

  • Maintain ongoing and comprehensive project tenant schedule.

  • Direct and manage the tenant for construction projects.

  • Direct and manage the tenant plan check and permit process.

  • Manage all tenant contractors on the project.

  • Coordinate all tenant preconstruction meetings and construction meetings.

  • Coordinate all tenant tie-in to landlord system.

  • Coordinate the tenant schedule and design with Construction Manager, Architect, and Contractor.

  • Oversee and conduct tenant construction, owner, and contractor (OAC) meetings.

  • Close out tenant construction projects by collecting all required tenant close out documents necessary to return tenant allowance.

  • Assist in Capital Improvement projects for the project by bidding, managing schedule and contractors, and closeout.


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Word)

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

  • Good organizational skills

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and have ease in changing priorities
