Stenn has over 10 years of experience in retail brand building, development, acquisitions and leasing. As Chief Retail Officer of DJM, Stenn focuses on DJM's experiential and mixed-use retail, leading each project's vision and strategy from acquisition, marketing, design, and leasing. Most recently Stenn has executed this role at Pacific City and Lido Marina Village and the current repositioning of RUNWAY in Playa Vista, CA as well as Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, CA. Stenn has contributed to the acquisition, development and financing of over $1,000,000,000 of experiential retail, been a part of over 400,000 SF of experiential retail leasing to brands such as Elyse Walker, Nobu, Equinox, Le Labo, Aesop, Bungalow, Sephora, Warby Parker and led a marketing team that produced over 1,200 events/ activations and saw over 30,000,000 visitors at all DJM projects in 2017.

Stenn's past experience was in the fashion industry as a co-founder of the menswear brand Apolis. Apolis was created as a direct-to-consumer menswear brand that built its business through e-commerce and has since grown into over two hundred wholesale accounts on four continents and retail locations in New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Los Angeles. Stenn remains involved with the brand as a board member and advisor.

Stenn graduated from the University of Southern California as Order of Laurel and Palm with a degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate Development. Currently Stenn serves as Chairman of South Central Los Angeles Young Life Executive Board, is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, and is an Executive Board member for AdoptTogether.
