Ken Lee

Chief Financial Oficer



Ken oversees all financial affairs and asset management for DJM Capital Partners.  His previous experience in public accounting, in banking/capital markets and with DJM gives him unique knowledge and expertise in this role.  Previously, Ken had worked in both acquisitions and asset management capabilities at DJM, helping acquire approximately $150 million in new deals and assisting in closing over $1 billion in new financing/recapitalizations of DJM’s acquisitions and portfolio properties.


Prior to DJM, Ken was an Assistant Vice President at US Bank, where he closed on $115 million of new commercial real estate loans and managed a $400 million CRE loan portfolio.  Prior to US Bank, Ken was an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working on various equity/joint venture, buy-side and sell-side transactions.  Ken began his career as a public accountant at KPMG LLP auditing REITs and other privately-held commercial real estate investment firms and maintains an active CPA license.


Ken holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and both an MBA and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
