Digital Assets Producer


Under the direction of the Creative Director and in collaboration with the Creative Services Manager as well as on-property marketing team, the Digital Assets Producer will be responsible for managing website and social media assets to support the Property Marketing team for our Plano property.

The digital asset producer will:

Management of digital assets associated with websites and social media platforms for the property

Social Media

·        Daily social media platform upkeep and postings regarding merchant and center events / promotions

·        Photography: shoot, edit, and curate content for social media channels that reflect the property’s brand guidelines and tone.

·        Daily content development & management for all social media platforms – currently Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook

·        Coordinate online advertisements and boosted posts for all social media platforms

·        Social Media calendar management - break down of all content posted for each day including any ads or boosted posts

·        Community management on all social platforms; daily review of customer feedback and alerting management of issues and responding to all guests in a timely manner

·        Monthly activity summaries on Social Media metrics– engagement overview, platform stats, customer feedback and ad spend overview


·        Daily coordination with Marketing Manager on website upkeep and updates regarding merchant and center events / promotions

·        Daily upkeep / updating of website event calendars, with details as provided by property marketing team members

·        Monthly activity summaries on Website metrics for our Plano property – engagement overview, platform stats & customer feedback

Design Support / Graphic Asset Library

·        Provide graphic design support for all DJM graphic design projects as requested

·        Management / organization of assets associated with photography, film, graphic design, print and digital advertising assets for social media, website, graphic design

Additional Responsibilities

·        In partnership with the Marketing Department and DJM Capital’s PR agency, create strategic alliances and collaborations with targeted local and regional influencers

·        Ongoing development and management of consumer databases at our Plano property; create programs across all digital platforms to significantly grow consumer databases to support marketing initiatives

·        Ensure social media / website / graphic design budget areas are adhered to, expenses are tracked, orders are placed on time and vendors are paid in a timely manner

·        Meet with Creative Director, Creative Services Manager and property marketing team on a regular basis to ensure adherence to overall marketing plan; thorough communication of project status to ensure property teams are aware of activity

Qualifications and Skills desired: 

·        3-5 years in a similar position, managing multiple websites and social media platforms;

·        in-house graphic design experience for lifestyle / fashion brands is preferred;

·        Mac proficient; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;

·        Experience with Mailchimp and Squarespace preferred;

·        Experience with Hootsuite or similar program,

·         experience with graphic design for digital output;

·        Photography and videography background.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. This position may also require employee to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours a day.
